Brief Answer:
It could be uretric colic

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings of the day

The pain radiating from rib cage to lower abdomen and giving no relief with change of posture is likely to be a uretric colic

Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning, frequency or hematuria ?
Do you have nausea and vomiting ?

If yes go for an abdominal ultrasound and in the mean time take a good antispasmodic tablet

If no considering it to be a muscle sprain take an analgesic like ibuprofen and apply ice

Hope this helps
