I have had a normal urine test done by my gp and this was clear ie there was no sign of blood in my urine so would u recommend a std check ? The only sexual in counter since my last negative is one case of unprotected oral in which I did not ejaculate . Also I have had some pain in my abdomen

Although unprotected oral sexual contact does not always result in the transmission of infections, your symptoms warrant those infections to be ruled out. Along with a complete STD panel I would also recommend an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvic to rule out non-infective causes sir. These investigations should suffice to find the cause for your symptoms.
