Brief Answer:
Prostate possible, but unlikely in your case sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Yes, although the three main factors that can cause painful ejaculation include the prostate among the urethra and testicles. Your pain is felt in the urethra, which makes an infection (either of bacterial or viral source) more likely.

I would recommend a visit to your doctor for a urine analysis and culture examination. Usually, this presentation is treated with antibiotics, sexual abstinence, rest and lots of fluids.

Once you visit your doctor, he/she will conduct an array of tests to find the most accurate diagnosis and accordingly make changes to your treatment regimen. But from the information at hand sir, I do suspect an infection for now.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
