Brief Answer:
It can be arthritis or weak bones

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. There can be multiple causes of foot pain .It can be weak bones due to calcium deficiency. Other cause can be arthritis as you are thinking. Some time it can be only a bad foot wear. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Change your foot wear, Avoid prolong standing, hot fomentation is helpful.
2.Get a x ray of the foot, If there is arthritis or stress fracture it can confirm. Stress fracture causes pain at one point only and not whole feet.
3.Take 1000 mg calcium daily and 60000 unit vitamin D per week for 6 weeks.
4.Volini gel can be applied over feet.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
