Brief Answer:
calcanear bone spur or plantar fascitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I could think of few possibilities like these for the problem mentioned.
Stress fracture
Wear and tear of calcaneus bone causing spur
Plantar fascitis

I suggest an immediate xray and consult with local orthopedic surgeon. Meantime I advise my patients with simple pain killers like Brufen or Diclofenac.

Hope this helps.
