I have no pain in my heel at all. Just in the base of the toes, primarily at the base of the big toe and the two next to it (in the ball of my right foot where the arch meets the ball). I am also able to exercise on it - it doesn't hurt then. Does this change your thoughts at all?

Brief Answer:
This is planter fasciitis for sure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sure about this. It is good that you do not have pain in heel, so prognosis is good. Pain is always in few initial steps. This is because it is inflammatory problem. so when you walk for more then few steps or do some exercises then pain producing substance get washed away by blood flow.
If you will take all the precautions I advised, I assure you that your pain will be gone in two weeks.
thanks
