Brief Answer:
Can be due to low Vitamin D3 and calcium levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the chest wall that subsides with rest and mild pain killers is likely to be a musculoskeletal pain. At your age, it can be due to a wrong posture, muscle spasm, low levels of calcium and vitamin D3 and lack of adequate exercise.
You need to improvise your posture, do a hot compress, avoid painful movements and start with proper supplements after getting the blood tests done. You can also start with mild exercise to strengthen the muscles under the guidance of a physiotherapist. In case the pain is intense then do consult an orthopedician and get proper muscle relaxants prescribed.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Do start with the supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D- cholecalciferol ( D3 rise)with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D. But these should be taken only after getting your vitamin D levels checked.
For low iron levels do start taking ferroud fumarate or Cap. Fefol-Z once a day after consulting with your physician.
Hope my answer is helpful.
