Hello,
Sudden onset of acute pain in get toe is due to Gout. It is common if you have high uric acid in blood. Before I advised you anything I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.Do you have Diabetes or Thyroid or Smoking habit?
2.Do you taking any medications for long time?
3.Do you have any trauma to toe?
