Brief Answer:
Could be nerve entrapment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & I will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Most common case of post-operative pain like you are suffering is because of nerve entrapment. After surgery and during healing if a nerve comes in contact with the healing tissue then it may cause pain like this. Other cause includes testicular torsion. I would suggest you to undergo color Doppler ultrasound of testis (if not done already) and discuss the report with a urologist as well as with a surgeon. Both will examine you and give details as how it can be cured. They may go for exploratory surgery or advise further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.

Wishing you good health !!
