Posted on Tue, 17 Mar 2015
Question: I have had pain in my left knee for 2 months and the MRI report says "marrow edema and insufficiency fracture along weight bearing surface of femoral medial condyle."
I have been prescribed calcium and rest.
Should I use my leg, walk, swim...? I am 70 and need to exercise since I am a diabetic Type 2.
