What Causes Pain In Jaw While Chewing?

Question: Last week when I was talking to someone, suddenly something happened to my jaw (last part of the right side teeth- inside) its like nerve get stucked (not sure) after that I felt some pain and not able to chew anything with teeth. It gives lot of pain when I try to chew. I tried pressing the teeth but no pains, the pain comes when I chew something. After waiting for 3 days I didn't get cure so I asked a pharmacist who suggested me to take some calcium tablet. Now I am taking that medicine, but still I feel slight pain sometime when I chew. Could you please suggest what needs to be done and what could be the issue? Need to mention, earlier I have not faced any teeth problem like pain etc. Moreover, from last 4 days I have some chest pain which I feel when wake up or take breath (sometime).

As per your history, i think it could be some deeply carious tooth in that region.
When caries involve pulp then it leads to deep pain on taking food stuff.
It could also be due to some joint problem.
Secondly calcium supplement will not be useful in such case.
Before starting any medication you need to visit dentist & get proper diagnosis done.
Regarding chest pain you consult general physician.
Maintain proper oral hygiene.
