Brief Answer:
tooth, gum infection, throat infection, antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through your query. the pain in the jaw could be secondary to your cardiac problem that can produce a pain in the left jaw side or it can be because of any tooth infection or impacted tooth or gum infection. You might have a superadded throat infection. For the chest pain you need to consult your cardiac physician and get ECG and TMT done.

Consult a oral physician an get a radiograph done like OPG to rule out any infection. If the infection is present then it can be treated accordingly. If no infection then once you get treated for your cardiac problems it should solve by its own..If I am your treating doctor I would have put you on penicillins 500mg and metronidazole 4oomg for the throat and tooth infection. and you need to take antacids before food when you take these medicines. Do saline gargling.

I hope my answer will help you. take care.
