Brief Answer:
Clinico-pathological correlation done, get operated for both the problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history and reports.

You symptoms can be nicely correlated clinico-pathologically and should be taken care of one by one.

One ultrasonography is confirming a large gall stone of 15 mm (17/6/15) and since it is giving you pain after food, cholecystectomy should be done to get rid of the pains and to avoid the possible complications later. (noted that your LFT are normal). The reports also indicate that you have undergone bariatric surgery.

Pain in the left lower abdomen and back can be correlated well with the 9 mm stone just proximal to left vasico-ureteric junction. This is a large stone and needs active intervention by an Urologist. Take an appointment of the Urologist and get treated as per his choice. With the advent of the newer techniques, this can be tacked by endoscopic (ureteroscopy) route.

I hope this answers your query and helps you to get started with appropriate management.
