Brief Answer:
Get done CT Pulmonary Angiography to rule out PE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your cardiac Angiography is normal, no need to worry for heart related causes for your breathlessness.
Your PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) is also normal, so possibility of asthma or bronchitis is also very less.
In my opinion we should rule out Pulmonary Embolism (PE) in your case.
The reasons for my suspicion are
1. Age more than 50years.
2. Female gender
3. Chronic leg pain can be due to Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) of lower limb veins. And DVT is strong risk factor for PE.
4. Normal coronary Angiography with normal PFT and chest x ray.
So get done CT Pulmonary Angiography to rule out PE.
Please let me know
1. Are you obese?
2. Do you smoke?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
