Posted on Wed, 4 Mar 2015
Question: yes please.

I am experiencing pain in my breasts, for a while, like about two weeks or so, and not sure what to do. I was thinking to get a lymphatic dranage message, but don't know. My worst fear is cancer.

Brief Answer:
get a mammography done

Detailed Answer:
hello,
thanks for contacting HCM.

it is better that you get a mammography done for the breasts if you are already into menopause. If your menses are still ongoing then this probably is a premenstrual syndrome.
Lymphatic drainage massage should not be undertaken without a proper evaluation.

Brief Answer:
please visit your physician

Detailed Answer:
hello,
you may try an NSAID first. if there is a lump in the breast then it would need examination. if the pain is generalised, then still a local examination is necessary. please visit your physician.
