I work in maintenance , I am on my feet 12 hours a day.
The pain is more when I walk.
I have not had my Uris acid checked.
I have not seen a doctor for this problem.
There is no swelling on my foot.

Brief Answer:
It's simple strain or pressure pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back,

I asked about uric acid and sweling to rule out gout.

According to your answers and history it seems that there is little chance that ytou might have gout exacerbation.

It seems like you have strain or pain due to continuous pressure under toes, It is common in people who have jobs in which they walk much,

Like teachers, doctors, architectural supervisors, army people , athletes etc,

The cure is simple and it can be made better in a couple of weeks,

Formula is simple,

1) Rest

2) Easy shoes mot preferably comfortable trainers by a good sports brand or trainers having medicated sole.

3) Voltral gel and gels like that are very effective if used 6 hourly.

4) Warm compresses.

5) Crepe bandage with medium tightness reduces the strain on balls of toe it really help.

6) tylenol 500 mg twise a day can be used.

7)In your age calcium vit -D supplementation do help much you can take it for a month or so.

8) Use comfortable shoes at home too.

Things will get better in a couple of weeks or so .

Stay blessed.

Wish you the best of health.
