Brief Answer:
Could be an anxiety disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

The symptoms that you have explained could be a manifestation of anxiety disorder. However before commiting on this diagnosis it would be worthwhile to test the blood for hemoglobin, B12 levels and thyroid profile. Any abnormality found on these parameters can lead to these symptoms.
If its anxiety disorder then you would benefit with the use of sertraline or desvenlafaxine. These medications need to be taken for 6-8 months to get the illness treated for certain.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
