Brief Answer:
Please upload your blood reports .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are not feeling well even after removal of stent .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning ,frequency etc
2) Please upload your blood reports .

The feeling of uneasiness would remain there for one or two weeks after removal of stent due to inflammation of ureter (Ureteritis) due to foreign body reaction to stent .

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

They say there is no infection as of 6 days ago. It feels like the stent is still inside me. When the urge to urinate occurs it is strong and I must get to a bathroom quickly.

I hard a difficult time sending all the blood work to you. Did I get it all to you? Should have been 6 test

Something does not feel right and reminds of the stent at the base of my penis or somewhere close to there.

Thank you Dr.

Brief Answer:
Wait for one more week .It will get resolved .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and uploading reports .
All your blood reports are within normal range except your blood sugar levels are high suggestive of type 2 diabetes.

Free Testosterone levels are slightly low but it is common to have it low at this age.

Please consult qualified Diabetologist or Physician for monitoring diabetes.

Follow the rest of instruction which I have suggested in my reply earlier.

I think you should recover and be back to normal within a week.
Thanks and Regards.

Type 2 is correct and Dr. switched me to Glimepiride 1mg and Metformin 500 x2. Stopped Glupazide. and A1C of 7.1. Thank you.

The stent was removed 11-25, and because of the feeling in my groin which remains (constant dull ache), I worry and suspected something else is wrong and appreciate your analysis of blood work. btw, there is a smaller stone on my left kidney. Local urologist says it might likely resolve itself.

So, thank you for interpreting my lab work.
