What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?

Question: Hey doctor,

Since Friday last week I have been have this feeling of pressure in the centre part of my lower abdomen below my belly button, I have had a pressure feeling when I pee and I have been finding it difficult to masterbate all of a sudden and get an erection. Even when I do I’m finding not as much sperm is coming out what exactly could this be?

Hello dear patient,
Thanks for asking query on HealthcareMagic.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

Most likely you are having a genito urinary tract infection.
Don't panic its easily treatable.
Intially i would suggest you to go for urine routine and microscopy test.
Treatment suggested is-
Tab clindamycin 300 mg once daily( Broad spectrum antibiotic).
Tab Diclofenac potassium 50 mg twice daily(Anti inflammatory,Would help with inflammation caused by infection).

Along with it drink plenty of water about 8-12 glasses daily.

You will be fine in 3 days.
