Brief Answer:
Need urine test and antibiotic after test

Detailed Answer:

Welcome
I understand your query.
Burning pain during urination and abdominal pain usually associated with urinary tract infection.
Urinary infection can also be associated with stone also.
Stone usually cause intermittent pain at loin region and pain radiates to back.
Hence I suggest you Urine examination. It will help you to rule out the infection. Sonography will be helpful to know about stone.
Presence of pus cells in urine indicates infection. Once infection confirms for my patients I suggest norflox as antibiotic for 7 days and Diclofenac for pain.
You can get this medication with your doctor prescription.

Meanwhile I suggest you:
Drink plenty of fluids. You can use cranberry juice. You can also take urinary alkaliser like citralka.
Ibuprofen 400 mg for pain after food. Use it sparingly.

Hope you are satisfied with the answer. You can ask query directly to me.
Take care.
Thanks
