Question: Just wanted to know what this is I thought it was a blaster. but it's been there longer. do you know what it is like

Thanks for the photograph, it looks like a keloid. Keloid is an overgrowth of scar tissue over a wound. It could be a minor wound or even a pimple which could be a trigger for the scar formation in your case.

You may apply a silicone gel and massage it twice daily over the keloid. It will flatten a bit. Even contractubex gel is good for keloid. Intralesional injection of Triamcinolone is also a good treatment option. You need to consult a dermatologist for the same.
