Brief Answer:
It is normal developmental skin tag. Dont worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX. I saw your photos and understand your problem. Do not worry. Its a normal developmental skin projection. There is no slit as there is no break in skin continuity. It is called the median raphe of the scrotum which continues till the penile tip just short of the glans penis. I assure you it is nothing to worry about. Go ahead and get married without any doubts. It will not affect your married life. Be relieved and confident. Do let me know if there are any other clarifications I can help you with. If not please go ahead and rate this answer. Take care,

Dear Doc,
thanks a lot for the review, just had an query
1) so this opening of the raphe will remain like that or the skin will go off.
2) earlier used to do masturbate a lot for about 3 to 4 years but stopped from few months, but feel the testicles became loose, secondly I lost the morning erection. More over I had notice the erecion of penis is not coming I mean Sensation by it self. Last time I and my girlfriend tried to had sex ,but the erection didn't came only. Then I had to finish my self by hand. In very hard manner. Earlier used to have very tight testicles and Penis, and erection used to come when ever situation comes. But now a day, need to use hand in hard manner and it doesnot last for long. Started to get softening in seconds if left untouched by Hand. Kindly suggest.

Brief Answer:
Skin will remain so.Erection problem will improve

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX
1. The skin looks normal and will stay like this. You don't need to worry about it.
2. Your erection decrease could be because of excessive masturbation or stress or many other reasons like increase in body fat or decrease in hormone concentration, etc. You can try medicines like Viagra you must have heard of or Tadalafil low dose a little before performance. This should help. I would advice you to see a Doctor or a Urologist before you start any medication so that he can do complete evaluation for the same.
Take care and all the best.
