Question: I got numbness in my left hand and left leg (daily 3 to 4 times). Is there any problem because of this.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this complaint,I would have asked you the following details in order to answer this query well-
1)Since when are you having this numbness?Has it worsened since it started?Is it getting more frequent now?
2)You said that the numbness is observed in left hand and left leg-Is it present in the whole limbs,proximally(arms or thighs) or distally(palms or feet)?
3)Is it associated with tingling,paresthesias or pain?
4)Has it anything to do with posture?sitting in one position for a long time?
5)Any past history of trauma?or other diseases?

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up so that I can answer this well further.
