Brief Answer: Get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Neurophysician. Your symptoms can be due to increase of your blood pressure. Following investigations may be helpful :- 1. CT Scan or MRI of head and neck region. 2. Complete Thyroid profile. 3. Complete Lipid profile. 4. Hemoglobin levels. 5. Vitamin B12 levels. 6. Blood pressure monitoring. 7. Blood sugar levels (Fasting and pp). Your medical management can be planned after knowing the reports of the investigations. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.
