Brief Answer:
Could be Allergic Rhinitis with DNS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the details.

I have gone through your details and feel that you might be suffering with Allergic Rhinitis which is producing nose block and could be worsened with Deviated nasal septum. As you are from XXXXXXX where the climate is humid and in XXXXXXX where its more cooler and exposed more to allergens.

I would suggest you to see an ENT specialist for physical examination to determine the degree of deviation of the nasal septum, if any and for medications to relieve your nose block along with to know the allergen.

Meanwhile you can follow these measures:
1. Steam inhalation thrice a day with or without any medications.
2. Consume only boiled water.
3. Avoid AC's or sleeping directly under the fan.
4. Nasal saline drops two drops in each nostril three to four times a day to relieve nasal congestion and block.
5. You can take Levocetrizine 10mg, once in the night after food. This will reduce mucous production and improve nasal block.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
