Question: hello doc...recently i got married(1 and half month)...it was an arranged marriage....recently when i try to establish physical relation with my wife she told me that she did not feel anything....and she told me when some one try to hold her, her head felt hot and felt vomiting...wht should i do?

I can understand your concern.Many of the newly married couples face problems in sex life after marriage for 1-2 months.In most of the cases cause is mostly psychological.

She has some fear regarding sex likely.This may be due to lack of knowledge about sex or may be due to some stress in past life.The best evaluation can be done after interviewing her only.

-Treat her gently and carrying manner.You should first ask her why such symptoms happen.Is there anything she worries about?
-Try to know what she knows about sex.
-If you cannot get any information convince her to visit psychiatrist at least once for this issue.

-let me know if you can get any information from her.

- In 1.5 months of married life is there any successful act of sex?

- What does actually happen when you go for sex?Provide more details.

- What is her age, education and family background?
