Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
The common cause for your symptoms is increased acid production in the stomach or liver inflammation.
Similar symptoms are produced by oral contraceptives also.

I don't take any oral contraceptives. Is there something I can take at night to prevent feeling sick in the morning? or is there something that causes it that I can stop doing? I'm pretty healthy, workout at least 5 times a week, try to get good amount of sleep. My job is a little stressful but most jobs are

Detailed Answer:
Try a PPI like Losec on an empty stomach.
This may help.
Try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and practise stress relief.
You can also consider an SSRI like Escitalopram for stress relief but it is a prescription medication.
