Brief Answer:
Auditory hallucinations, need psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Musical Ear syndrome is basically an auditory hallucination and is a prominent symptom in schizophrenia and psychosis.Investigations such as magnetic resonance imaging or CT scanning and electroencephalograms (EEGs) and fMRI may be worthwhile, but will rarely show any serious pathology.
You need medicines like antipsychotics, benzodiazepines or anti-epileptics, acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, Donepezil, and short term use of steroids like prednisone and betamethasone.
And no doubt it is better than hearing voices but still an issue bothersome and needs to be worked on. Get to a good psychiatrist and let them help you with it.
Also get an otorhinolaryngologist for your sinusitis and post nasal dripping and let them help you with it with some antibiotics and decongestants and interventions if need be.
I hope it helps. Don't forget to close the discussion please.
