Brief Answer:
Potassium and calcium levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Steroids can result in low potassium levels in blood which can cause muscle spasms.
Likewise, steroids can cause calcium abnormalities which may cause muscle spasms.

Please get your serum potassium and calcium(ionic and non-ionic) levels checked and get back with results.

Meanwhile,if you have any further quedtions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
