Brief Answer:
Suggestive of fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
From the history given in your query it seems that you have some sort of fungal infection of the external ear (Otomycosis).
Had I been your treating physician I would have cleaned the ear canal and advised Clotrimazole 1% ear drops (which is an over the counter medication) to be used the affected ear 3-4 times daily.
Besides using the above mentioned ear drops, keep the ear canal clean and dry, do not use any cotton buds, do not use any oil, avoid swimming till you are cured. Hope the suggestion given would be beneficial in getting rid of the "white stuff' in the ear canal.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
Ofloxacin is not effective in fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcomeback.
Thanks for your reply.
1. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic which is useful only in the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria. It is not effective againist fungal infection.
2. Yes, you can use Clotrmiazole 1% drops as suggested earlier.
3. 3-4 drops to be used 3-4 times daily for at least 6-8 weeks.
4. At the moment these drops alone are sufficient.
Hope I could answer your follow up query.
Best regards.
