Brief Answer:
Mildly increased MCV may indicate mild megaloblastic anemia etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your reports suggests mildly raised MCV(mean corpuscular volume of RBC) values.

Normal range for MCV is 80-96 fL/red cell in adult.

Mildly increased MCV may indicate mild megaloblastic anemia, chronic liver disease etc.

Besides clinical correlation,I suggest to take folic acid supplementation to my patients depending upon clinical findings.
Beside this you should take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, dates etc.

It is important to know complete hemogram, your symptoms and reason for investigations.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
