Brief Answer:
Deposition of fat in liver

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.

Mild hepatomegaly indicates that your Liver has increased in size as compared to normal.
Fatty liver indicates deposition of fat/ lipids in the Liver, which results in derangement of the functioning of Liver.
This can occur due to alcohol intake, infections, obesity or high level of fat in the blood.

Hope I have been able to clarify your doubt.
