Brief Answer:
Raise the head of baby by placing pillow

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern

1. Breathing quite and normal while there is sound during sleep

2. Absence of nasal discharge

3. No distress while baby is sucking breast milk

It is also important to ensure there is patency of both the nostril . A routine assessment by your baby Pediatrician will be very reassuring. You can also check the patency of both nose by passing a flat spoon below the nose and looking of fogging of spoon and comparing on both side ( when baby expires air the air is warm and humid , when it comes in contact with cold spoon it leads to fogging , this demonstrates the patency of nose )

In the meantime I would suggest you the following

1. Raise the head by placing soft baby pillow under the head while baby is sleeping

2. Keep the baby covered appropriately

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best regards
Dr Deepak
