Brief Answer:
Not STD, Fordyce spots.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Lumps on genitals specially penis are usually benign and self resolving. These are basically clogged sebaceous secreting pores also called fordyce spots and the penile skin is rich in such sebaceous glands. Slight friction may cause these pores clogged.

All the person needs to do is to avoid any masturbation, self touching or any tight jeans, avoiding sweating in the groin area is mandatory. Use loose undergarments and most of all is dont pick, poke or pop these lumps. These self resolve and has nothing to worry about. Just maintaining a good hygiene and doing as directed is advised.

No need to apply any thing over penis. Just make sure the area is clean and hygienic. If the irritation or itching exceeds, then you should get to a doctor. Low dose hydrocortisone and topical antifungal creams may be applied.

I hope it helps. take good care of your son and your self and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
