Dear Ms
Going by short description of lump in neck and inner leg, it is likely to be lymph node swelling. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the following additional information
1. Since how long has the lump in neck been present?
2. Has it grown in size?
3. Do you have associated fever?
4. Do you have sore throat?
5. Is your appetite normal?
As a clinical examination has already been done by your physician its unlikely to be something serious.
Awaiting your response
Take Care

the lump on my neck has been there for around 1 year is starting to get sore around it and uncomfortable when i move my neck i'm not eating as much going to the toilet alot lately i'm losing weight fast not normal
Brief Answer:
Trial of antibiotics will help
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
As the lump has been present for more than 1 year without increase in size, its more likely to be due to non specific Lymphadenitis.
I would suggest you the following
1. One week course of Antibiotics: Empirical treatment with antibiotics usually causes regression in size of neck lump if its due to lymph node enlargement.
2. Investigation: Complete blood count and peripheral smear examination
If the lump persist inspite of course of antibiotic then FNAC should be done in consultation with your Physician.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life
