What Causes Low BP And High Pulse Rate In A Person With Panic Attacks?

Question: I was in the er Saturday night due to a panic attack and was proscribed some lorazepam to help deal with it. when I git up this Morning my blood pressure was a little lower than normal but ok and then went high with a high pulse for no real reason I took the dosage prescribe (1mg) and now my blood pressure is 110/63 with a 90 pulse should I return to the hospital?
