Possibly due to acid peptic disease

Dear Ms

Going by description of your symptoms of massive saliva building up and vomiting the cause of your symptoms is like to be Acid peptic disease associated with possibly Gastroesophageal reflux.

I would suggest you the following

2. Consume small quantity of meals more frequently

3. Avoid carbonated / alcohol / caffeinated beverage

4. Avoid sleeping or lying down immediately after consuming food

5. Acid Suppressant like Pantoprozole along with antiemtic like Domperidone will be helpful

6. Consume plenty of Oral fluids : 2 to 3 liter of water a day

7. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber in diet
