What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Nausea Along With Elevated Globulin Levels?

Question: My liver panel reading shows globulin level 6.00g/dl, Gamma at 3.2g/dl. With the observed values suggestive of inflammation and elevated beta , gamma globulins,
i have no appetite and feel nausea at times..plz advice is it worrisome?

It is important to investigate for underlying cause.
