Brief Answer: Antibiotis and oral rehydration required Detailed Answer: Hi, If the loose motions have started suddenly then it is surely due to some infection. It is advisable to do the following 1. A short course of GI antibiotics namely a combination of ciprofloxacin and metronidazole for 7 days. 2. Plenty of oral fluids. 3. Avoid outside food and non veg till you are settled. I am sure the above measures will help. Regards
