Brief Answer:
Green color is unbreaken bile.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Green colour liquid while diarrhoea is due to presence of unbroken bile. As food is passing through intestine faster bile doesn't get time for this. This is normal in diarrhoea.
You can take ORS , black tea with lemon sugar and some salt , yogurt or kefir. Avoid milk. You can also take bananas , rice porridge with kefir or curd or yogurt.
You can take Loperamide if diarrhoea is more and frequent. This you can take 4mg as initial dose and take 2 mg after next loose stools. But don't take more than 8 mg in 24 hours.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
