Brief Answer:
this is fungal infection and needs treatment with antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

Leucorrhoea is white discharge per vaginum. Most of the cases it is accompanied with itching and thick curdy white discharge which indicates vaginal candidiasis or fungal infection.
This is infectious and the infection can be transmitted to the partner as well. Though conceiving with leucorrhoea has been cited and it has not been considered a deterrant to conception but the infection needs to be treated before conception as it is the most common cause for urinary tract infection secondarily and may cause in some instances threatened abortions.
I suggest you to make a visit to a gynecologist an get a per speculum examination done and a smear test to confirrm candidiasis. Thereafter you may be started on antifungals for a week and the infection can be completely alleviated.
Concomitant treatment of the partner is also advised with antifungals to avoid recurrence of the infection.
We advise clotrimazole vaginal pessaries for 7 days and tab fluconazole 150mg one a week for 2 weeks for the woman and tab fluconazole 150 mg stat for the partner.
please follow up with response . In case of further doubts , you may contact with a direct query.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up.

safed pani ka matlab hai fungal infection , jiska treatment aapko aur aapke husband dono ko XXXXXXX hoga.
yeh infection aamtor par khujli ke saath gaadha safed paani jaana , yeh iske sign hote hain. pregnant hone mein problem shayad na aaye par early abortion ke chances badh jaate hain kyunki isse urine mein infection hone ke chances bhi badh jaate hain aur uterus irritate hokar contract karta rehta ha.
isliyeaap.....vaginal tablets 7 din tak use kare aur tab fluconazole 150 mg ki hafte mein ek baar 2 hafte tak khaye.

saath mein husband ko bhi tab fluconazole 150mg ki tab khila de. yeh fungus infection ko control karega. is dauran koshish kijiye ki sambandh na banaye taaki infection poori tarah thik ho sake.

better hoga ki aap apne nazdeeki gynecologist ke paas jaakar ek baar jaanch karwa le. aur ek smear test karwaye XXXXXXX ki issey confirm karega, dawai shuu karne se pehle.

regards,
dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
