Brief Answer:
Muscular-skeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the painful situation you are going through.

The pain you feel in your left shoulder radiating to elbow and fingers seems to be related to muscular-skeletal issues.

You are also reporting to use advil to ease the pain. If the pain will subside after taking advil then nothing worrisome, it's due to muscular-skeletal problems.

If it is not eased by taking advil , and if you are also having difficulty in breathing, then should go to ER for immediate evaluation of your heart.

I also advise to apply warm clothing and analgesic cream locally.

Wish fast recovery!
