Question: hi
i have a query regarding problem during intercourse with my wife.
from last 2 days during sex when i reached to peak it do not ejaculate but gets loose.
after some time.i m.again unable to make contact but aftr 15 minutrs of work still it is not ejecukating.
i m not reaching to.orgasm.
this priblem i m facing only from last 2 days.
i tried by mastirbating but still it is thr samr co dition.
pl consult me.what may be the reason of delay in ejeculation or no ejeculation.

As an Urologist,i can fully understand your concern.

As it's the first time you're having this, i suggest you wait a week.
In the meantime,do some routine tests,to confirm there's no other problem.
1. blood routine,RBS,LFT,platelets,HIV,HbsAg,and VDRL.
2. semen test.
Avoid sex or masturbation for this week.
Once the reports are available,we can have an idea,if there's any other reason for
your problem.
