Brief Answer:
Possible accutane side effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,

Thanks for asking to healthcaremagic

Since when are you on Accutane therapy ?

Arthralgia( joint pain),Arthritis, ligament fragility etc are common musculoskeletal side effects associated with Accutane(Isotretinoin) which is dose related.USG will not pick those abnormalities, especially in early period.

The symptoms start to fade once the drug is discontinued..I advise you to consult treating doctor for alternative treatment options or atleast reduce the dosage..

Hope this helps you

If any doubts, happy to help you

Take care
