Brief Answer:
She is not having RSD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I believe that she is having some hormonal disorder. I do not think that her all symptoms are due to RSD. RSD causes swelling and stiffness in hand but not other symptoms.
I think she is having abnormality of hormones. I would suggest you to meet a Endocrinologist and get her hormonal assay. She is either having Thyroid or Ovarian hormone imbalance. She should also need to investigated for Scleroderma. It is skin problem and causes thickening of skin.
It is not right to treat her just symptomatically with pain killers without treating basic hormonal causes.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.

Brief Answer:
Scleroderma is a skin condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Scleroderma is a immunity related disorder, and it causes skin thickening, itching and sweating.
For hormonal disorder first we have to find out which hormonal is low and than we have to supplement that. You should see a Endocrinologist. They are the best person to handle this.
Thanks
