What Causes Itchy Welts On The Arms?

Question: I have been getting extremely itchy welts on my arms, chest, hands, feet, first noticed after taking eyedrops for cataract surgery. Finished eyedrops, welts continue. they look a bit like insect bites or poison oak and recede after spraying with itch relief ,but return a couple of days later

Eye drops are topical drugs..if allergic they usually cause redness in the eyes or face rashes but not elsewhere. It is a skin rash due to some other cause. Please tell me are you taking any other medicines?
Please send me the pictures of your lesions so that I can suggest you better.
