Brief Answer:
Details of your sexual habits are essential

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details but would have needed to examine you clinically but that is beyond the scope of this discussion. The white fluid that is coming out is likely to be pus but the source needs to be evaluated. A direct visit to your doctor should be better in this regard. You need to get a routine microscopy and culture of your urine done to rule out the possibility of urinary tract infection (UTI). Since you have started an antibiotic, be sure to complete the full course of at least 5-7 days in order to avoid development of antibiotic resistance.

Another thing to enquire is if you have any high risk sexual behavior and whether you are sexually active.

Respected Dr,
I Have Not been involved in any kind of sexual activity and will not involve in future too. The Urine is all Normal with no pain, There is only lots of itching in the skin with fluid coming out and outer skin of penile is swollen at top. Absolutely no pain while urination (Urination is Normal). If it can be cured with any medication then please let me know.
Thanking You

Brief Answer:
An image would be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Its good to hear that the possibility of sexually transmitted diseases can be ruled out. It is also good to hear that you do not have urinary symptoms. In such a case could you please upload an image of the affected area and the source of pus if possible. You can do so using the facility on the upper right of this page. Based on that I would definitely try to help you out. In the meantime continue taking the antibiotic that you have started.

Respected Dr,

I have uploaded two .jpg files. I have no Problem in urination at all, only this skin problem near the urinary area and swollen outer skin top of penile. Please recommend any medicines which can cure this as soon as possible. I have started taking boiled neem leaves water also.

Brief Answer:
It seems to be due to a fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
I have checked the attached images. It seems that you have a fungal infection. I would suggest you to apply candid (clotrimazole) lotion over the area a few times a day. After the condition improves to some extent, switch to candid (clotrimazole) powder. I think that you would get relief. If that still does not help, you would need to visit a dermatologist.

Keep the area clean and dry.

Brief Answer:
No oral medicines required

Detailed Answer:
Thanks again for writing back.
You need not take oral medicines for the same. Neem is good for health and you may continue to take that but it would not probably directly relate to your present problem. Using clotrimazole should resolve the infection soon. But be patient and give it some time.
Wish you all the best.
