Brief Answer:
URTI or Allergic Rhino sinusitis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

1. If the symptoms are of short duration then it is Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI).
2. If the symptoms are recurring and of a long duration, then the most probable diagnosis is Allergic rhino sinusitis.

Pressure in the ears is due to blockage of the Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear). Facial itching could be secondary to nasal allergy or sinus block. The lumps below the jaw are the enlarged lymph nodes in response to the infection in the oral cavity. The treatment differs for both the conditions.

1. URTI is treated with simple medicines such as saline nasal spray and oral decongestants, followed by steam inhalation.

2. Allergic rhinitis requires treatment with steroid nasal spray, oral decongestants and antihistamines.
