What Causes Itching Around Feet And Torso After Using An Unwashed Sex Toy?
Question: I recently bought a sex toy (fleshlight) from a legitimate store online. I recieve it 2 days after i order it. After i recieve it (i have notice that the sealtape is tampered but it is covered like a birthday present and have a thick bubble wrap) anyway I forgot to wash it. unfortunately i used it. Because im so exited. Now im worried if I got HIV/AIDS from a sex toy ? (Im scared if somebody used it before me probably the shopowner or a employee that is infected with HIV/AIDS) And i have a high uric acid ~8.12mmol/L these days my skin always itchy paticulary in my feet and sometimes in my upper body. Now, Do having a high uric acid is the main problem of my body that makes me so itchy or is this a symptom of HIV/AIDS ?

Next, HIV/AIDS does take long to stay; but the virus is not living for long outside the human body. Therefore, no such risk. Instead, other common bacterial diseases should be considered; however, I do not think it is your case.
Having high uric acid is giving pruritus (itchy skin) and not HIV/AIDS, do not worry. Try to consult with your doctor and take proper measures and treatment to lower the levels of uric acid in order to dominate the itchiness.

- medications: allopurinol (for which you need prescription from your doctor) to prevent gout attacks; Uricosuric Drugs: probenecid, and sulfinpyrazone which block reabsorption of urate.
- diet changes: avoid foods high in purine (e.g. organ meat: liver, meat extracts, etc.); alcoholic drinks; bear; yeast products; cauliflower; asparagus, etc.
- if joint swelling or pain: NSAIDs or steroids
Your doctor will revise your current health problems and get treated accordingly
2. Having open sores on your genitals make you more prone to common infections rather than STDs.
3. The primary symptoms of STDs might appear after 4 to 7 or 10 days after exposure. However, I do not see any potential risk in your case. Genital discharge is among the first symptoms together with genital blisters.
With regards to HIV, the first symptoms include flu-like ones that could appear 2 or 4 weeks after exposure. I still think you are not at risk for HIV if you only used the toy; otherwise, if you practice unprotected sexual behaviors, that can put you at high risk for STD/HIV infection.
