Brief Answer:
tablet norethisterone advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.

It is common to have irregular periods after delivery so nothing to worry.
As regards your next periods, take tablet norethisterone 5 mg thrice a day for 3 days from 4th-6th agpril and then after leaving the drug you will get periods in 2-5 days.
And then you can attend the function easily.

In case you have any questions related to this, please feel free to ask.

my baby is exclusively on breastfeed. will taking these medicines impact my baby through breast milk? what are the side effects of the above mentioned tablet?

Brief Answer:
norethisterone advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, yes you can advance your periods by taking norethisterone 5 mg twice a day from 11th to the date you want to postpone your periods.
It has no adverse effect on breastfeeding baby and can cause mild nausea and breast tenderness with mood swings in you but these effects are transient and no impact in long term.
There are no natural measures to postpone or prepone the periods as mentioned by you.
These methods have non specific effects on periods and thus are not reliable methods for change of period date.
The itching and mouth ulcer you got with postpone medication were just coincident and are not related to eachother in any way.
You can take the tablet as advised without feeling anxious.
All the best
